Winning tickets should be claimed on the day or at a future meeting from any Tote window at one of our 55 racecourses.

Alternatively If you wish to claim winnings via post, please send the original ticket along with your full contact and payment details to:

All payments will be made via BACS transfer. Please allow 7-10 working days for this transfer to be completed.

You have 53 weeks from the date of the race to collect any winnings.

You have 53 weeks from the date that the result is declared to collect any winnings.

It typically takes between  3-7 working days for winnings to be returned to your card from one of our Tote positions or from a britbet betting shop.

In line with government and BHA guidelines we are delighted to be back on-course.

We understand that there may be some safety concerns therefore we have outlined the precautions we have implemented to ensure you and our staff remain safe during your visit.

We have had to introduce some new policies and procedures, so please do be patient with on-course staff who are working hard to provide you with a safe and efficient service. If you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact feedback@britbet.com

How we are keeping you safe:

In order to keep you and our staff safe during your visit, we are following latest government and BHA guidelines to minimise the risk of Covid-19 transmission.

Health and Hygiene

If you or anyone you have been in contact with has Covid-19 symptoms, please stay at home and follow NHS advice. Keep safe.

All our on-course team have completed:

• Covid-19 training
• A Health Questionnaire before attending the course
•  A Health screening on arrival in line with racecourse requirements

On-course employees have been supplied with PPE and cleaning equipment.

Our already high cleaning standards will be enhanced by a further cleaning programme designed to clean and sanitise any high touch points.

All our employees have been provided with face masks or shields to be worn as required.

Operations and Social Distancing

The racecourses are restricting the number of people allowed on course to allow social distancing. We have also amended the size of our teams working each day.

PPE will be provided where the Covid -19 risk assessment has deemed it necessary, in line with government guidelines.

Where necessary we have added protective screens at our selling positions if social distancing cannot be maintained.

Debit card payments are preferred but our operators will accept cash. Operators will use hand sanitiser between each transaction. Upon a winning ticket being presented to a member of staff if the bet was paid for using cash the winnings will be paid back to the customer in cash. If the bet was paid for using debit card the winnings will be paid back to the customers same debit card.

We will be asking customers to call over their bets and bet slips will be available for your use but please do not hand them over to the operators.

All profits from britbet, minus operating costs, will be returned to the racecourse where the bets were placed.

Britbet is a partnership of 55 British racecourses.

Established in 2018, we were formed by and are owned by the racecourses to ensure that the profits from all activities we undertake are returned back to our partners. Our activities are focussed on enhancing the customer experience for racegoers.

Although our main focus is on pool betting, we also provide a number of services to our racecourse partners including the operation of fixed odds betting shops.

Profits from all our activities go back to our racecourse partners.

Select the race times were the results will be displayed in the middle of the page.
