Reporting to the Race Control Manager, responsibilities include:
•The running of operational activities that support on-course betting
• Liaising with third parties to ensure a high-quality customer experience is delivered
• Monitoring of and content management of our on-course digital display system
• Support to racecourse operatives, to ensure the smooth running of racedays
• Assisting technology testing including mathematical testing
• Helping with technical triage of on course issues
• Assisting with testing of new upgrades to technology
• Helping with bet translation and risk management for fixed odds betting
What we need from you:
• Excellent knowledge of horse racing and betting (fixed odds and tote)
• Strong organisation skills
• Strong computer skills
• Works well in a team environment
