Role duties working as Mobile Customer Experience Assistant on a race day;
- You will use the betting machines in mobile capacity to take bets from customers (training provided on system)
- You will pay out winning bets for customers who show a winning ticket
- Approach customers providing an excellent customer service experience
- Cash handling and cashing up at the end of each race day
- Explaining different bet types to customers (training provided)
Skills / attributes sought;
- Very strong customer service experience
- Confidence to approach customers in the hospitality areas of the racecourse
- Flexibility and willingness to move around the course with your betting machine at the request of management
- Ability to deal with cash and total up at the end of each race day
- Confidence to explain bet types to customers
- Enthusiasm!
